A 4 year old?

Where does the time go? First, I have not blogged in a long time. Imagine that!!!! I am just so busy and it is not my favorite thing to do. I am consumed by school, tutoring, renovating, taking care of a husband, child, and two dogs.....the list could keep going but I will not bore you.

So, my son will be four years old in about 6 weeks. Where has the time gone? I feel like he's been here forever but then I feel like I just had him yesterday. I am so happy with him and my life!!!

Well, on to studying. See you in the next blog....probably in 6 months....lol.

I haven't blogged since March. Wow, am I behind. I am just so busy. Doc is now 3 1/2 years old. John and I have been married for over 7 years. I am a full time student in the TSU education program. I will be an elementary teacher in 1 1/2 years hopefully. I graduated from Vol State over the summer. I am currently overwhelmed with school, coaching soccer, social life, etc. So, maybe some more blogging after the holidays.

In ten years.....

In ten years I hope to be working as a teacher. I should be in my 8th year by then. Doc will be 13...oh my that just made me feel old. I will have been married for almost 17 years....again old. I also hope to be in our dream home that we plan to build. John will be a builder or doing whatever makes him happy. I also hope to have another little one running around. I think we are headed in the right direction for all this to happen.

I am so bad at Blogging

Ok, so I have not blogged in a long time. I just have so much going on. I am going to school, in two honors clubs, getting everything ready for graduation, getting everything prepared for the teaching program, taking care of an almost 3 year old and my hubby. So, the picture below is my graduation picture. I am graduating in May with my AS. I know it is just an associates degree but I am very proud of it.....it took me ten years to get it! So, normally I would not make a fuss or even do the whole ceremony for it but I am so proud that I am celebrating. Hopefully, I will start the TSU teaching program in August and have my BS by 2012. So, these last couple of months have been stressful and crazy but all for good reasons.

I am so behind!

Well, I have not blogged in awhile. I am super busy with a 2 year old, school, etc. But everything is pretty much the same around here. Just super busy. And with the holidays around the corner, I see no slowing down!!! Here is a new picture and I will blog more soon.

Potty Training is AWESOME!

Doc is doing so good with his potty training adventures. He is going to the bathroom on his own and is having less accidents. It is awesome not having to change diapers and him becoming more independent. Although it is bitter sweet....I am sad that he is growing up a little bit more as each day goes. It seems like I just had him yesterday.

Potty Training 101

Potty Training here we ARE!
Today I really started potty training Doc. I have tried several times in the past but he was not ready. Well, this past week or two he has done and shown so many signs that he was ready to start. He is in big boy underwear and we put him on the potty every thirty minutes or so. He had one accident this morning and the day is only half way through. I think he is understanding it. And I make sure to get over excited when he pee pees in the potty. My goal is to have him daytime potty trained by the end of the month....nighttime is another story.....it will be potty training 102....stayed tuned.
